Deep Tissue Massage
The slow, deliberate release of what has been holding on for years.
Deep tissue massage works beneath the surface. By applying slow, sustained pressure along the grain of muscle fibers, we reach the connective tissue and deep postural layers where chronic tension lives. It is not a harder version of a spa massage — it is a clinical technique built to break adhesions, restore circulation, and give muscles room to move again.
Most of my deep tissue clients come in with something they have tried to live with: a low back that seizes after driving, a shoulder that cannot rotate, hips that grind after a long day on their feet. Thirty years of hands-on experience means I can read the tissue and adjust pressure, pace, and angle within the first few minutes of a session.
