Information we collect

When you request an appointment, we collect the name, email address, phone number, location preference, service interest, and message you submit. Please do not include diagnoses, insurance identifiers, detailed medical history, or other sensitive health information in website forms or the chatbot.

Our cookie-free, first-party analytics stores page paths, referral domains, campaign parameters, device category, and privacy-preserving visitor and session hashes. We do not store raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings in analytics records.

How information is used

We use appointment-request information to respond, schedule services, understand demand, prevent abuse, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.

If the AI assistant is enabled, chat text is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. The website does not intentionally save chatbot transcripts. Do not use the assistant for emergencies or medical diagnosis.

Security and retention

Appointment messages are encrypted in the application database. Access is restricted to authorized administrators and significant administrative actions are logged.

Analytics and conversion events are retained for approximately 13 months. Resolved appointment requests may be retained for up to two years for service and business records, then deleted under the automated retention policy. Legal or clinical recordkeeping obligations may require separate records to be retained longer outside this website.
