Therapeutic Massage
One session. One goal. Built around your body, not a brochure.
Therapeutic massage is what most of my clients actually book. It is not a single modality — it is an assessment-driven session that pulls from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, cupping, and neuromuscular work, sequenced for what your body needs on that day.
Every session starts with a short intake: what hurts, what you are trying to do, what has and has not worked before. From there I build a session that delivers measurable change — range of motion you can feel at the door, not a vague post-spa glow.
