Sports Massage
Stay in your sport. Train through the season. Recover like it is your job.
I was a professional Olympic weightlifter before I was a therapist. I earned Master of Sport, became a USA National Champion, and won three World Masters bronze medals. I know what training through a season actually feels like, and I know what your body is trying to tell you before an injury becomes an injury.
Sports massage here is not a flat thirty-minute protocol. It is pre-event priming for power output, in-season maintenance to keep range of motion honest, and post-event flushing to cut recovery time between sessions. We also handle the boring-but-essential stuff: the glute medius that stopped firing, the lat that is compensating for a locked thoracic spine, the calf that is one stride from tearing.
