Swedish Massage
Not every session needs to hurt to be useful.
Swedish massage is where most people start, and it is the right call when what your body needs most is to stop running hot. Long, flowing strokes, even pressure, and a pace that gives the nervous system permission to downshift.
It is also the best choice if you are new to massage, if you are managing anxiety, or if you simply want a full-body reset after a stretch of weeks that ground you down. Sessions can be blended with therapeutic work if we find an area that needs attention.
